Travis Hutchinson, Elmwood Family and Youth
Minister |
|
|

|
|
|
Travis
Hutchinson has joined us at Elmwood as the Minister
to Families with Youth at the beginning of 2011.
Originally from
Denver,
CO,
he has been involved in ministry to families for the
past 10 years in
Texas,
Colorado
and Washington.
Travis’s passion and vision for the church include
walking with families and being a resource to them
as they seek to be transformed by the Spirit of God
in their marriages, parenting, and family community.
He is also passionate about helping children and
students grow into their relationship with Christ
and imprint the identity of “Christ-follower” into
their lives. He loves to lead and participate in
worship in all of its forms.
Travis graduated with a BA in Youth and Family
Ministry and Domestic Missions from Abilene
Christian, and is currently pursuing his Master’s in
the same field. He has been blessed to share his
life with the delight of his heart, Nicole. Together
they revel in the blessings of their three children,
Raegan, Clay and Mollee. He is both a diehard Denver
Broncos fan and Jeep fanatic, and enjoys busting his
knuckles underneath his ’97 Wrangler as much as he
does trying to crawl over things with it. You might
also find him trying to look inconspicuous while
searching for geocaches around town. In quieter
moments, he enjoys reading, working on computers and
playing guitar.
